Default Cobra Intake - straight bolt on?

I'm thinking of getting a Cobra intake for my 90 5.0. Is it a straight bolt on? are there any pitfalls to look out for? I figure I'll change the valve cover gaskets while i'm in there, but is there anything else good to change at the time; or anything to watch out for in the breakdown/build back up? thanks.

Intake, throttle body, EGR gaskets
oil/filter change
a way of scraping off the old gasket material - carefull not to let it fall into the heads
new thermostat and gasket
new PCV, gromet, screen, maybe new 3/8" hose for PCV (age and condition of old)
clean and spread metal contacts on the white and black connectors
check / clean engine grounds in the back of the head
new o-ring seals for the injectors
install fuel pressure regulator if you don't have one
check for play on the pushrods or damaged rockers (I assume still stock though)

Watch for alignment with the heads and the lower intake.

Look at how much room you have between the new lower and the block. If its really tight you'll need Black RTV silicone, otherwise you may be able to use the cork gasket (usually comes with intake gaskets). If you use cork - only crush about 20-35% or it may squish out.

Take your time, keep everything clean. Make sure you can account for every bolt you remove.... Just do a spring cleaning since you'll have access to everything.

before you start taking it apart pressure wash w/ light pressure( a garden hose is not enough pressure) the area wher the lower intake meets the heads. this will help eliminate most of the dirt that accumulates there from falling into the lifter valley.also to help when your scraping the heads clean of the intake gaskets you stuff paper towels into the intake ports to help keep it clean( try cutting a piece of card board a little larger than the space between both heads to place in the valley to catch all or most of the trash when you scrap.
hope these hints are helpful to you if you didnt already know.

Spend the extra cash and get some good quality bolts, maybe ARP for the lower intake. I've seen broken stock bolts on them before. Oh and throw out the cork trash, use a lot of the gasket silicon, lil more than a quarter inch high, let it dry overnight. Go racing.
