Default 02 sensor

I have an 02 sensor that came out of the h pipe and the threads seem to be stripped on the sensor. The car has 120k miles and the h pipe has been off a few times. Is this something i should replace with 2 new sensors or just the one I need. How many miles are they good for??
thanks

Replace them in pairs, and I recommend replacing them every 60k miles.
