Default Circuit breaker for Power Locks on 83'?

I was wondering if anyone knows where the circuit breaker is on my 83' 5.0? I looked through my manuals and one said by the starter relay but it wasn't there. The other said in the fusebox but it wasn't there either. My power locks worked fine last week but this week they don't work. Neither side will make them go up or down. Any info would be appreciated.

It's at the starter relay. Find the black wire with a white tracer. That's the wire that supplies the power for the locks.

Take care,
