Default Which to choose a shift of 4:10 gears?????

Hi there i have a stock 86 gt with a HO 302 engine with bbk long tube headers off road H pipe and 1 chamber flows, i also took off the a/c and the smog pump, and put of a BBk cold air intake. So what do you think i should chose to get a little more out of my motor, 4:10 gears or a Tri-ax or pro 5.0 shifter. thanks alot guys.
