Default Hesitation bug, and bad idle

I am havin a very weird issue. I get a bad hesitation almost like the ignition cuts out, if I am on the gas usally in a higher gear 4th 5th and I let completely off and then hit it again quickly. if I apply the throttle slowly it will not cut out. it has happend before but got worse when I added a C&L mass air and 30lb injectors, the car also does not idle since I added the mass air and injectors. when it does idle it has that pulsating prob that other stangs have at idle where it revs up and down is that the map sensor? If anyone as any ideas please let me know thanks

Can anyone tell me why my idle would surge up and down. Is that the map sensor???

Two things usually lead to a surging idle, (1) lean condition and/or (2) too much timing. C&L meters are notorious for creating lean conditions at the low end of the transfer function. By any chance do you have an open breather on the car?

Thanks for the info
as far as an open breather I don't think I do I will double check all the hoses.
It might be the C&L that made is worse is there a way to get by this problem?
Thanks for the info

Cutom tuning to dial in the MAF curve.

Exactly what jeff said....

Also check you TP Sensor and see what you voltage is and if it is reading right...If it is working right ,get an "VOLTAGE" meter and set it too .98-.99 for best throttle response...

Check at night after it has bee driven and in the dark and see if you have any spark plug boots arcing on something or down in the holes and arcing too the block...I have had them do that before also when at a higher gear and under a low rpm trying too cruise,it would do that and drive me nuts...Just another opinion...

Actually that'd be Voltmeter, but I'm sure that's what you meant.
