Default new to fast mustangs but not fast cars...I've a few ?'s

Well I'm a former Grand National owner and now own a super fast mustang. Well my stang runs mid 11's on motor leaving off idle with street slicks with straight pump gas. The car has a 347 stroker. What I was trying to figure out if I was to use a power adder would that adversly effect my set up. I was thinking since I was on pump gas with no spark knock there could be room for a power adder if I dont sell the car. What do you guys think? Thanks Anthony.
