351W Help

Hi guys
I need your help with something im going to pick up a 83 mustang in n.h. on saturday. The guys say it has a 351w with a 5spd, my question is how do i tell if it is a 351w, Just by looking at it. Im using it as a parts car for my 86GT.

easyest wayto tell if you dont know is to measue how wide the intake is.351 is like an inch or so wider than a 302

Thanks for your help, i went a got it, so its here, so where are the casting numbers located so i can find what it come out of and what year?
