Default fuel pressure setting for a 347 stroker

I just purchased an adjustable regulator and next week I will be getting a 190 lph pump. What should my fuel pressure setting be? I am running 24lb injectors (mass air calibrated).

actually, on a dyno is where you would find exactly where you need it, but start out at 40psi
