got her back after replacin the trans range switch an the check light came on, pullled the codes an got a list of things

cats
air bags?

we replaced the egr in feb, then put cats with new pipes on in early April. but never did the 02's.
flash forward to las week, hit a bump or did somthin an hear somthin rattling, under aceleration or idling. get her home do a once over crawl under her, pipes are secure, mufflers hangin right. take her to my guys an the cats are rattling..

whats causin this junk? i don't abuse her, don't run her hard, race her..how can crap break if you don't abuse it?

HELP! any ideas

Default

Your cats are extremely sensitive to the fuel mixture in the exhaust. If you have your fuel pressure a couple pounds too high, or are using a 180 t-stat, etc, you can expect to have frequent cat failures.

Take care,
