T-45 Synthetic Fluid Change

So for fathers day, this friday I am taking my dad to see the movie fast and the furious, and then from there we are going to the Drag Strip in Redding Ca. I would like to change out the fluid in my tranny with some type of synthetic before we go. Would do you guys recomend? I dont even know what type of fluid is in there right now... Thanks in advance!

I just used Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF.

You can't get any better stuff than AMSOIL synthetic Mercon ATF. I run it in both my Mustangs & F-350 Dually......

So I went ahead and changed out my fluid and went with Mobil One Synthetic. What a diference it made, I had no idea it would make such a big difference, the tranny shifts so much better now. Seriously I have to reiterate this, if you havent done this yet and you have the means I strongly reccomend this.
