![]() Hi,
Last Friday I got my O2 sensors replaced. I was surprised as to what my old sensors were; one was the stock OEM, and the other was a Bosch (both 3-wire). I replaced them with two Bosch (part #13942). Anywho, since getting them installed, car didn't feel right so I unplugged battery for about 20min to let the computer reset; after that, the car idled like crazy on a few occasions (it died on me twice, and third time it idled at 700rpm for about a minute and then suddenly died). Since replacing the sensors I've put about 90KMS (62 miles), and I think the car's starting to drive better. So question is, is this normal? How long should it take for the car to break into the new sensors? Thanks! Bye! ------------------ Gautam N. Lad http://www.cubicdesign.com http://www.cubicdesign.com/mustang/ |
