Default OEM camshaft specs?

Well my motor is modded ou but has the factory cam and it hit the valves on my windsor senior heads.

I have 10:1 compression flat-top pistons that we roughly fly cut just to have everything clear again

Basically i was wanting to knwo OEM specs and a cam that i could use wiht the same lift or less that is a good components for my heades and a holley systemax intake........

Or am i gonna have to get a bigger lift cam?

If the valves hit on the stock cam with 1.6 RR I would wonder if something was wrong, even with the 2.02 valves of the Sr. heads. The stock cam specs are roughly 206/206@0.050 or 266/266 seat-to-seat with .444/.444 lift and a 115 degree lobe seperation.

Here are the specs for the 91 and up 5.0 HO:

Intake, .277" lobe lift (.443 w/1.6's, .471 w/1.7's) 116 degree intake centerline, 210 degrees of duration at .050".

Exhaust, .278" lobe lift (.445" w/1.6's, .473 w/1.7's) 115 degree exhaust centerline and 210 degrees of duration at .050".

This total cam has a lobe seperation of 115.5 degrees and is ground with .5 degrees retard built in.

PS...this comes from the engineering specifications inside Ford.

My advice: pull the engine and have a good machine shop professionally build it for you, that's what i did.
I probably could have done it myself, but i also wanted it balanced, the oil system modified, heck they did everything for me, all i had to do was put the accessories on it , etc, and drop it in. I had invested too much $$ in parts and didn't want to take any chances. and to be honest with you for all i know they may have fly cut the pistons even more- i dunno, i didn't even ask 'em
'cause i was so excited to finally get it! Oh yeah, my heads ARE WORLD heads too and i also have the same size valves you do..
anyways- goodluck!
