Default Emissions Test

Here are the standards i have to meet-
HC 1.8
CO 30
NOx 2.8

Can any one tell me how difficult it will be for me to meet these. I took the egr plate off and the smog pump too. I am running an O/R H-pipe now but I've got a brand new H-pipe that has 4 cats on it. I will definatley be installing it for testing. Also the car is in a good state of tune. New wires, plugs, filters, ect. My question is whether i will meet these standards without the other smog equipment or will i need to put them back on for the test?
