Question Idle speed

I changed uper intake manafold gasket and throttle body assembly gaskets now I can not get the RPMs below 1200. Any ideals?

Vacuum leak?

If not, try disconnecting you battery for 20 minutes. Reconnect the battery and unplug the IAC motor. Start the car and set the idle speed to about 600 rpm. Now adjust the TPS to .95-.99 volts.
Shut the car off and reconnect the IAC motor. Start the car with all electrical accessories running and let it idle for 2 minutes. Shut it off for 2 minutes. Let it idle again for 2 minutes with no accessories on.

You should be all set.
