Default header help!!!

Hello, On my '94 gt I have the BBK un-equal headers and need a plug the fits onto the EGR fittiing on the right (passenger side header.) Does anybody know what size plug I could use. Is there any thing I should know about deleting the egr, thanks a lot, Scott

I let the valve hang on the side of the intake. This let's the computer see that the valve still exists. I took off all the vacuum lines when I removed the smog pump. The valve never actuates but I get all the computer codes for EGR valve. I removed the tube and cut it off with a tubing cutter. A hacksaw/cutting wheel will work as long as you don't crush the tube. Then I got a copper tubing cap from the local hardware/plumbing supply and I JB-welded it to the tube. Worked perfectly. If my car was handy, I'd take a pic and send it to ya.

I just did the same thing you wrote before I read it..weird. I jb welded a copper fitting on the header. I cut the tube off when I put the headers on a while ago, but the plug I was using vibrated off. I'm ready to go now, Scott
