Thumbs down Getting sick at work

I am in a really sour mood today. I can feel my chest getting congested and it is all a co-workers fault. They have four of us in a small office and she has been hacking and gagging all week.

We can't open a window (they don't open) and she won't go home. I personally don't feel like getting sick this week, and it seems unfair(unjust) that she can come contaminate the workplace becuase she doesn't feel like burning sick days.

I am totally out of line on this one? What is proper ettiquite for sickness?
