87-93 rear on a 1994?
I have a 1994 mustang with a 7.5" rear end. A guy has a rearend that is 8.8" with 3.73's in them. I am not sure what year it is from. What years will bolt up to my rearend. I mean will a 1987-1993 rearend fit my mustang. Will I be able to put my 5 lug on it if it only has four? What will I have to change? Thanks

All the'87-'93 stangs came four lug except for '93 Cobras. If you buy an older rear end you will need to swap the axles to put your 5 lug wheels back on.

Also, the axles will have to come from a 94-98 which are equipped with the ABS rings.

Will I be able to use the parts from my 7.5" to make it work or will I need the parts from another 8.8?

i would say that unless you are getting an incredible deal i would look for a rear out of a 94+ car which will be a direct bolt in unless of course you can swap all the rear disc parts of the 7.5 to the 8.8 but i dont know the answer to that
