Default How does the black magic fan increase power?

I was wondering how does it increase hp. If I got that and a aluminum driveshaft would I see a good difference in power. Thanks everyone.

adding an electric fan will free up hp that the stock fan uses but won't be a big difference and a.f.a.i.k an aluminum driveshaft doesn't increase power.

If you looking for a noticable increase, go with a set of 3.73 or 4.10 gears, I wouldn't bother with the electric fan, especially if your motor run's cool.

An electric fan wil pick you up a good tenth and a half (.15) in the quarter.

If your planning on futre mods the black magic isnt that good it letsto much air get around the shroud. get the gears and install a electric fan inside the stock shroud. also the aluminun drive shaft wont help untill your making lots of power its lhelps to lighten the
rotating weight but you wont see it in day to day driving.

I didn't feel much of a performance gain, but I sure did feel it in the gas pedal. Just revving the engine felt much different, spun up quicker.
