Default Help with injector installation

I am putting my 36# injectors in this weekend and need some help. Does anyone know if there is a detailed step by step process somewhere online? Can anyone that's done it provide advice on what to do, possible problems, etc. Do I have to remove my throttle body from the upper intake or can I just remove them still connected?

injectors are easy as hell
here's the process:
-remove the upper intake
-take off all the wiring harnesses
-spend 50 cents at autozone and get the fuel rail removal tools (looks like small donuts)
-disconnect the fuel rails at the two junctions with above mentioned removal tools
-remove 4 bolts holding the fuel rails in

they should pull right out
