Default Fuel Pressure Regulator

Well I decided on getting the Walbro high pressure 255lph pump, GSS340. I guess too much fuel is never enough especially when I install the 347 blower motor.

I'm going to get a Fuel Pressure Regulator while I'm at it, does anyone have any suggestions as to what brand they like or use themselves. I don't know anything about them yet.

Thanks

Cool

Vortec makes an awesome fuel pressure regulator. I have heard ok things about the AEM unit as well.

Both of these were designed to keep pressure rock steady during high volume fuel consumption events--like blown applications.

Let me know how you like that blown 347. I am already smiling. Ever drive a blown Saleen with a 351? Kind of like part rocket and part car. 500+ horsepower is ADDICTIVE!!!

Make sure you put on subframe connectors FIRST. And upgrade your brake pads to Kevlar so you can stop it from 100 mph without fade. You will be surprised how quickly your car gets up to 100 with that engine combo you are planning. Get cross drilled rotors, or do it yourself if you feel capable.

I like the Praise Dyno brake pads the very best. They are in Texas. I do not like the slotted rotors, they eat up the brakes really fast. Cross drilling makes the rotors run substantially cooler without ultra fast brake pad wear.

Hope this helps.

I think I'll order the Aeromotive Fuel Rail kit with the regulator.

My vote is for Aeromotive also. Though I have used Kirban and like it also.
