Question MSD 6-AL and BTM Problem

My car stopped running after sitting for a week. It would crank but it wouldn't start up. I checked and the plugs were not getting any juice. I took off the plug that connects the MSD and the BTM and connected it back to just the stock ignition and it starts fine. I reconnected them and again and checked all the connections and still no go. Is there any way to see if its a bad wire or a bad box? Any help would be great.
