![]() i have a 88 gt and i am currently looking at superchargers and i was wondering which charger is better. i have heard alot about novi and that it can produce up to 27 lbs. of boost with upgraded pulley. but how much power does the vortech systems offer.
also are the installation and tech support good for both products? any advice will be of great help |

I would go with the Vortec if I were you, the Paxtons have bearing problems.

![]() I've seen NOVI 2000's successfully put out 32+ lbs of boost all season long, no problems. Good blower IMHO. ~Brian

![]() i am currently looking around in the nmra real street or drag radial classes. i am looking at a new top end plus if i can come up with money maybe a new dss 306 or 308. but i think my set up is going to look liek this
trick flow track heat intake manifold trick flow twisted wedge aluminum heads, or afr 185cc aluminum heads c&l 75mm mass air crane custom grind cam that is what i have pretty much decided on. so im just looking long range on what kind of power adder. i have pretty much decided on a novi 2000 supercharger(unless i hear better of another product) what do you guys think of this setup? you think its worthy of running mid 10's (of course with beefed up rear end new differential,3.73's,31 spline axles and 10.5 inch. slicks) |
