![]() Ok guys, and girls, I am looking at buying a set of 90/10's for my mustang. I have a set of 4 cylinder springs here at the house and was wondering how well they would work with the 90/10's? This car is still pretty much daily driven, but slowly working its way off the street. I do want to still drive her on the road on the weekends, so I don't want to get too crazy. Will this combo work for this kind of driving? I plan on getting in to the points races this yr at our local track, and I need some suspension work before I start. Also, how would it handle with that set up, if it works, and the front sway bar removed? And for info, as soon as I get the money, 50/50's and control arms will be in the rear.
Thanks a lot, Chris

![]() i drove mine everyday w/ front coil overs and 90/10's. i am guessing that is a harsher ride than the 4 cylinder spings would give you. (i took off my front sway bar too) its an ok ride, you just cant take the off ramps at 70+ anymore, without the car oversteering horribly. i think you should be ok, if you have the money i would buy some drag springs for the front. or a coil over kt. i love mine

![]() I have that exact set up. I drive mine daily. 1.551 60ft. Last night on the way back from Baton Rouge, I was prevolked by a lowered S-10 through a curvy section of the trip. I never passed him, put I was on the brakes enough and had him watching a set of bouncing headlights enough that he relized he was no match, even though I am set up to dragg only. Later when I did pass, when it was safe, He had the window down and his thumb up, and a shamed smerk.

![]() Great, thanks guys, this is what I was wanting to hear. I want to try and save as much money as I can while doing this, and at the same time, have the best set up I can for the money. I'm hoping with this, and the control arms with the 50/50's I can get my 60' down quite a bit. I appreciate the help.
Chris
