Ford Racing Performance Parts. They are in there catalog. It will run you close to 5 grand after the machine work.

What is the power handling of the aluminum 351 block?

Can I run a wet sump? Is it remotely streetable?

remember, the aluminum blocks are a dry sump system and cant be converted as far as i know. you will have to run external oil pump. somebody correct me if i am wrong.

Default blocks

Actually, FRPP doesn't sell these directly. They refer people to Raceparts Distribution in N.C., the exclusive seller for the aluminum blocks. Dart also is working on an aluminum version of their new race blocks, although I wouldn't expect to see those for almost a year.
