Default low compression stroker windsors

I would like to build a big inch windsor, low compression. I would like to turbo this set up. How do you get great hp and torque #s before you addd the turbo? I read mm and ff's 15 blower combos and their 427 was a 10 to 1 motor. It still did not do so well with hp and torque by their own admission. It ran pretty good with the t-trim though. I bet at that compression ratio they were using race gas with 14 lbs.
