Default T5 lubricants

I am thinking of changing my lub in the tranny and am looking for some suggestions. I am thinking of going synthetic but there are a few to choose from. Anyone have a recommendation?

I've heard that RedLine is the best there is but I went with Aamco synthetic. I couldn't find any Redline here and didn't have the time to wait for it mail-order.

I just used regular ATF. Never thought of synthetic.

I just put Mercon 5 instead of regular mercon/Dexron 3. Mercon 5 is synthetic and coats/lubricates things better from what i've heard (like most synthetics).
