Help with gear ratio analyzer

I need a little more info on the gear ratio calculator. The first line says " HP at what rpm". What do I put there. I can't get it to work right. Maybe I ain't smart enuff, but I need some clarification.

Use the one where all you have to put is tire diameter and gear ratio.
