when im going along and give about 1/4 or 1/2 gas it feels like it has a miss, could it be a bad plug or water in my gas or something worse? what kind of plugs should i get?

Get your plain jane Autolite plugs. Or get Motorcraft.

As far as the stumbling or missing, it could be any of a lot of diff things or a combo of some. How does the car idle. Does it miss only after engine gets hot or will it do it right away? How's your air filter, clean, dirty? Any more details?

the filter could use some cleaning (k&n) but I think that the plugs are a few years old but otherwise the car runs perfect.
