Default paxton pressure regulator

Does anyone know if this regulator can be dissasembled or not? As I found a leaking one cheap and was wondering if it could be fixed or not-thanks,joe

95 vert w/5speed,C.A.I,14 deg. o/r h-pipe, flows,smog delete,msd coil,cap,rotor,9mm ford racing wires,underdrive pulleys for now.....
