Default Use stock crank damper when rebuild?

Any reason not to re-use if it's not damaged?
I plan on having rotating assembly balanced.
Also where is the cheapest rebuit kit with forged pistons?
Summit?
It is cheaper to buy kit than to get indvidual parts I suppose?
