![]() I asked this same question before, but noone replied, it does it on mine, mostly when i first startup and drive, i even took out the dash speaker, but it didnt help, i know my map light squeaks a bit too, im ready to pull my ******* dash apart!
But i am gonna weld in some subframe connectors, this may help, as it will tighten up the car, supossedly can diminish sqeaks and rattles....good luck ps, your not alone ------------------ 90 lx coupe: 5spd, energy susp trans mounts, fms hd clutch, Mac coldair fenderwell, Mac h-pipe, supercoil, ADS chip, 160 stat, aluminum D/S, Black magic fan, 3.27grs. ![]() guys, check your speedo head unit and speedo cable. sometimes the cable gets dried up inside and you can lube it. that is what happened to mine. does your speedo needle "bounce" around at all? if so, it could be one of the 2 i mentioned. hope i helped.
