Post Stalling fixed, but now won't start when cold !!

I wanted to thank people for helping me fix the "stalling while driving" problem I had, it was the original fuel pump causing that, that was the scariest problem I've ever had (stalling on the highway, etc)

BUT, now, another problem has come up, it won't start when its cold outside (ie: 7am in the morning, 11pm at night, etc)

It'll start (barely) when the weather is warmer, and when the engine has warmed up, it can be shut off, and started up easily 100x (if I wanted to)

Any ideas ??

Thanks a lot !!
