Post How to convert from 4 lugs to 5?

Like the subject says what is the easiest way to switch from 4 lugs to 5? Short cuts, of swaps from other vehicles always welcome.

hope this site helps i will be attempting to swap the rotors for the lincolns and do the axels this spring but i have yet to do it so i cant give any hands on yet but i think if you leave the dust caps off the rotors that you could prob get away with those for the 98 99 cobra and bullit wheels but like i said i am not sure yet

I used 2 1988 Ranger drivers side rear axles and 2 1985 Lincoln Mark VII (ABS) rotors.

Everything bolted right up.

With the Lincoln front rotors, the 96-up GT, 98-up Cobra, and 2001 Bullitt wheels will not work. There will be cap interference with the rotor and wheel.

If you want to use those wheels, you need to instal the SN95 spindles and brakes.

If you are not going to be using one of those wheels, then the Lincoln rotors are by far the easiest way to do it.
