![]() Got to tell you all about the experience I had today. With a USSS qualified instructor, I got to run on a closed track. I learned how and got practice on Jturns, reverse outs (go reverse, then J), control skids, 4 wheel drifts and breaking uncontrolled 360 spins on a 1.8 mile track. It was completely awesome! Of course it was NOT in my Mustang. Does anyone know about any public closed courses where you can do this type of driving in your own vehicle? How much would this "jaunt" would have cost? The course I was on today is private, and I just managed to be in the right place at the right time. Chalk one up for the little man! It was like crack, I'm hooked and feining for the next chance.
