Slight popping and Bucking at low speeds.

what could cause this problem, the bucking doesnt bother ne as much as the low end popping it is doing.. (like its spitting back threw intake) is it fuel, fire, efi, what? I am thinking its fuel related cause I have other posts and they are fuel related topics, Thanx in advance guys
