cobra conv. or just reg mass air conv.
I was thinking about doing a mass air conv. on a 87 lx but sould I get the corba or the reg conv. which has the better power in the long run potential I know the corba will be better right off the bat but the long run is what I am thinking of.

The Cobra kit sucks. The meter is pretty restrictive for it's size, and the spark and fuel calibrations are set up very conservatively. You would be best doing a standard conversion, then swapping the air meter for a C&L 73, or a Pro-M 75.

The Cobra system is the worst performance system perhaps ever designed by ANY manufacturer.
It's a joke. Don't even consider it. |
