Spark Plug Gap?
Hey guys, What spark gap do you recommned for a modified 5.0, Weiand Stealth manifold, Mallory HyFire ignition, Accel coil, hooker full length headers. Vacuum advance Dura Spark dist., Holly 650. I've heard you can increase gap w/an after market hi-perf ignition system?
Thanks... |

yes, with an aftermarket ignition system and/or coil, you can increase the gap, which would make a hotter more powerful spark. I'd say go with .06, play around with it and see how high you can go without it misfiring. i've never done this, so i can't give you the best advice.
