Spark plugs

I'm sure i'm getting horrible gas mileage. So i am planning on changing the plugs. The rotor and distributer were changed last year. And i'm gonna by Injector cleaner hoping that might clean something out. any ideas on what would be good for that?

As far as plugs, I recommend Motorcraft ASF32C, this is one range cooler than stock ASF42C. Also I would change that cap and rotor if its a year old, don't leave anything to chance, especially at that price level. As far as injector cleaner, I work at AUTOSTONERS part time and we have about 10 different kinds that go in the tank, I recommend VP fuels or TC3 in the white can, the rest is crap, what I really suggest is have ford clean them there way, a can of cleaner hooked up to the fuel rail under pressure, thats the only real way to clean injectors. Good Luck.

Do you know how much those plugs are priced at and If the Dealership would be the only one having them? Also, how much would a injector cleaning cost from ford? have any ideas?
