Default Has anyone run into this problem???

I have a 3/8" phenolic spacer in between my upper and lower intake and because of this my stock EGR tube between the EGR valve and passenger side header no longer fits. For now, I have left it off and plugged the valve and header but am wondering if that was the best thing to do. Has anyone run into this problem what was done to resolve it.

I had a tube made but it kept coming loose and eventually became completey unattached.

Please help...

Thanks,

Tony

go to Autozone and have them cut a piece of (emission)tube, but with a smaller inside diameter so it will fit tightly. bring the piece you have so you can match it up.

What metal bands are you talking about??? Are they at autozone too or at a hardware store?

Thanks
