Cool Spring rates

2 1/2 years ago, I ordered and installed coil overs. At the time I had a set of alum Edelbrocs. Well they are gone and I run E7s now. I would think that I ordered the set for a alum head motor. Now I am fighting 60ft times. I have also noticed that the front end does not come up as high as it used to. And it bottoms out regularly, no matter what hight I set them at. What springs do I need? I think it is a ground pounder kit. For now I will put the 4cyl springs back on and go to the track. That will tell the tale for sure.

Cool

Jason,

What R you using for front struts?

There r many people who use the 4 cyl springs up front with 90/10 struts up front who have killer 60-foot times.

Cool

90/10s I used to cut 1.63 - 1.59s I switched to the coil overs then the car sat for 2 years, now that I am running, I can't buy a good 60ft. The 4cyl are going back in for now.

Cool

Come on fellas, some one has got to be using coil overs. I put the 4cyl springs on last night. Now the front is so high, I only have about 2" of travel going up. It's got to be that someone can tell me what springs to buy.
