Default Spring or shock problem?

Ok....my suspension combo has little to NO give on it whatsoever. I raised the car up by the differential and ride height remained the same. Tires did not drop whatsoever. When I slow down to a stop, the car squeaks from the rear.. Like a rocking chair. Any rear movement up and down will make it squeak. Is this from bad shocks?? Could the springs be squeaking? And is it possible that the shocks have, sort of, 'locked up', giving me this insane stiffness? I floor it at 20 mph and I get wheelhop... I give it even a little pedal taking off and I get tirespin...it's getting very irritating!

Thanks everyone.
