Squeak when moving towards front of car?

I have this squeak that starts around 12 mph and then it is loudest at 20 mph. I am not sure what it is. It is up towards the front of the car. It only does it when I am moving. If I am at idle or in park the car doesn't do it. It doesn't do it at 5 mph either. I pulled a wheel off today and spun it around and it didn't make it but I probably couldn't get it moving fast enough. Here are my ideas, Sticking Caliper, Wheel Bearing. Any other ideas. It has gotten louder over the past few weeks too. It squeaks in a pattern too with a rhythm and gets faster as the car gets faster. Thanks for the help. I have an 83' 5.0 HO.

First thing to check is see if the wear sensor on the brake pads is touching the rotor if it is replace the pads. If brakes are ok I'd pull the rotors and check bearings. If you do put new pads on its a good idea to repack bearings and don't forget the grease seals too.
