Look man, get a momentary single pole single throw (SPST) normally open switch from like Radio shack or Autozone or some place like that. Run a wire from somewhere either in the fuse panel or on the battery that is always hot, or run one that is only on when the ignition is on, to one node on the switch, then run the other one to the starter solenoid where the wire from the steering column goes to it. It's that simple. Why would you want a starter switch anyway unless you were completely getting rid of your ignition cylinder?
