Exclamation starting up

I've got a 99 cobra (for 3 weeks) I park on a slight hill and have had problems with it starting. I have had to roll the car once and pop the clutch to get it to start. (it was making a tapping sound)- But today the car made no sound at all and I tried rolling it. that didn't work but it eventually started. What could be wrong?

It's a '99 Cobra?
Take a drive ot the local Ford dealership, point it out to the shop foreman and say "W-A-R-R-A-N-T-Y"

This is ironic. I just posted a similar problem. Let me know what they tell you. I also park on a very slight hill. Nothing big though.
