Default Steeda Sport Springs Ques?

I'm thinking abotu getting a set of those steeda sport springs for my 79 Stang ... but can you put those on yourself? Do they come pre compressed or is there a safe way to compress them?

My dad and i put on some steeda lowering springs and they were tough, but we didnt have any special tools.
