Steering slop
I've noticed lately, (i.e. since the car has been running again [the '93]) that she has a lot of slop in the steering, especially on the roads up here. I was wondering if replacing the tie rod ends would fix this? She has about 1 1/2 of play just tooling down the street. I just checked the Chilton, and it didn't really have anything to say on the subject.
She needs an alignment and a new tire something fierce, (next payday) , but at 120+k I guess things like this are bound to start popping up. Thanks, J
