![]() Has anyone out there seen any dyno numbers for a stock 351 powered Lightning?
They're rated at 240 hp at the flywheel (I guess), but after driving my '94 and my father-in-law's "more powerful" 260 hp 5.4L P.U., I'm wondering if these '94 ratings were underrated. My seat of the pants dyno tells me that the Lightning is more powerful than the new SOHC 5.4's. The Lightning is definitely is a better performing truck. Gearing? Weight advantage? Thanks for any discussion.
