Question Stock Cam Specs

Ok, anyone know the lift and duration on a stock 91 5.0 cam? I have this engine in a Bronco, yes I know, why, anyway, it has the entire Mustang mass air system on it. I want more low end for towing, the stock cam seems to kick in power around 3000, too high for towing, but I dont want to spend money on a cam if the specs are not too different. I may also put the Bronco intake system back on since it is dual plennum, which I understand is desigened for low end power. Any ideas would be apreciated, I tow a lot with this truck.

Thanks in advance
Scott
