Stock heads Mustang/F150
 
Does anyone know if the heads are the same on an 1989 Mustang and a 1990 F150? I am going to rebuild my truck engine this winter and have a freshly redone set of heads from my Mustang. If they are different, will they cause any problems with the trucks computer system? I don't want any drivability problems.

Same heads.....they both have E7's.
