Default strim install Help!

I purchased a used S-trim in great shape.
Anyway the only missing part (or so it appears) is the smog pump spacer (#4fa017-021).
Does anyone have a picture of it so possibly I can make one without having to have one shipped.
Also are there any other spacers people are aware of.
Thanks.
Mike
